CSS Style Generator - CSS Style Generator is an easy-to-use program with a graphical user interface that allows you to design style sheets in a matter of minutes (3.4 Mb).

Dr. Watson - Dr. Watson is a free service to analyze your web page on the Internet. Watson can also check out many other aspects of your site, including link validity, download speed, search engine compatibility, and link popularity.

Color Picker - Figure out hex codes for any color easily with this small (106k) program.
Color Manipulation Device - Much the same as the above program, but larger (908k).
3C RGB Converter - This is a nice little piece of software, but how many RGB Hex programs do we all really need? This one comes zipped or as an executable file.(182/359k)
Color Cop - Converts RGB decimal values to RGB Hexadecimal Triplets. Built in color picker, color preview, auto copy to clipboard, and an eyedropper to choose colors anywhere on the screen.
Color Picker - Color Picker is a small (100 x 50 pixel on screen) utility to let you find out the RGB Hex Code of the color of anywhere of you screen. This is especially useful if you are writing HTML web page or want to paint a picture with a specific color.

Image Map Editors

Snowblind ImageMapic [55kb] - Imagemapic is the very accurate and easy-to-use imagemap generator for you! It features circle, rectangle and polygon tools and will write the HTML code for your imagemap entirely automatically.
Javvy Mini Mapper - Another very nice freeware image map editor and creation program. Can handle up to 26 mapped areas.
MapEdit - Caution! This is actually not freeare, but you can download the evaluation version for 30 days. This is a nice one, though, so if you just need to make a certain number of image maps and then your done then this will be just fine.
MapMaker Pro - Well, let's just say the "Pro" part of the name is a misnomer (misnomer means the name doesn't go well with it). It's been discontinued, but you can still get it for free. A VERY basic editor of image maps with few features, but it gets the job done as long as the job is SIMPLE.
