Server Health Options
For our dedicated server customers we offer two optional features that will enhance your
awareness and provide you better access. Remote Power Management and Server Status Alerts.
Remote Power Management allows you secure SSL login access to the individual power outlet
providing electricity to your server. If for any reason you need to cycle the power supplying
your server, or simply want a reboot to clear zombied processes, you can with Remote Power Management.
Server Status Alerts will notify you via email or text messaging in the event a service on
your platform is not performing to spec. You choose the services to monitor, you choose the method of
alert. You'll know what's happening, when it's happening. In concert with alerting our support staff, you'll
have instant knowledge of service status on your server and the data to help you decide on the course of action
to take.
